Ratatouille and sausage pasta and leftovers...

As promised, here are photos of the Ratatouille and sausage pasta, topped with salami and cheese, that I made yesterday:

It was delicious!

And that wasn't the end because there was pasta left over. H decided to use it for lunch today, and made a sausage (yes, there were some left over too!) pasta salad...
